Do you offer stick warranty coverage?
Yes, most composite sticks come with a one-time 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects. Please keep your receipt and the original serial number sticker to process a claim.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
You can return unused protective gear in its original packaging within 45 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, base layers and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
Can I get my skates sharpened before they ship?
Currently, all skates are shipped with a factory edge. We recommend having them professionally sharpened at your local rink to match your specific hollow preference before your first skate.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like goals and nets?
Standard shipping for oversized items typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
