At Hockey Gear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached to the gear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
